Terms of Service

Please make sure to read thoroughly, as these are important and may affect your requests.

1. General Guidelines

1.1. Scope of Work: The commission will be based on the details you provide. Please make sure all instructions are clear and specific, otherwise I will take artistic liberty.
1.2. Communication: All communication will be conducted via social media of choice upon contacting. Updates will be provided at key stages or when requested

2. Payments

2.1. Pricing: Prices are determined based on the complexity, and of the artwork and are detailed in the price section
2.2. Payment Method: Payments are accepted via Paypal, Kofi, Vgen or vouchers, to which I will provide a link to.
2.3. Payments: The payments can be issued entirely upfront, or half/half, if the client desires to do so.
2.4. Half/Half payment: The client will be required to send half of the price of the piece upfront, and the other half when the sketch has been sent.
2.5. Currency: All prices are in Euros.
2.6. Refunds: No refunds will be issued unless I cannot complete the artwork due to circumstances that may occur. If the artwork hasn't been started, you will recieve a full (100%) refund. However, if the artwork has been started, the percentage of the refund will lower. (i.e: Sketch finished, 80% refund. Flat color finished, 70%, and so on.)

3. Process and revisions

3.1. Timeline: Estimated completion time will be discussed before the commission begins. Delays may occur due to personal circumstances, and you will be notified in such case.
3.2. Revisions: You are entitled to unlimited free revision during the sketching phase.
3.3. Approval: Once the artwork is approved and finalized, no further changes can be made.

4. Delivery

4.1. File Format: Digital art, the final product will be delivered as a high-resolution file in png through the social media of choice
4.2. Higher quality: As certain social media platforms can lower the quality of the piece, if it's necessary, I will send the file via Email to avoid so.
4.3. Turnaround Time: Delivery time depends on the commission’s complexity and queue status.

5. Rights and usage

5.1. Artist’s Rights: The Artist retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork.The Artist may showcase the artwork in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
5.2. Client’s Rights: You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile pictures, personal prints). Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement and additional fees.
5.3. Prohibited Use: You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell it, or use it in blockchain-related technology, including NFTs.

6. Agreement

By commissioning, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These Terms are subject to change without prior notice.
